We had a fine stay in Dallas. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Thoroughly enjoyed a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities in the room. A bathtub was amazing and everything was excellent. The location was good and favourable, short walk to central Dallas, Medieval Times, and all the highlights in downtown Dallas. Had nice dainties at Nm Cafe, located steps away from the hotel.

The location was great, in the middle of jackson, and my bed was comfortable. I had a seating area, a writing table and ironing facilities in the impeccably clean and updated room. The staff were professional, they made me feel welcome.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right in downtown Dallas. The room had a modern and stylish design that I absolutely loved. Despite a couple of minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Although I was disappointed because the rate I booked was supposed to include breakfast, the hotel did offer a morning bag for $8/day with juice, an apple, yogurt, etc. It wasn't hot, but it still provided some sustenance.
